Applications are invited for up to 12 Scholarships being offered by the College of Social Sciences to study for a PhD?Duration of award(s):
The scholarship will run for a maximum of three years full-time or 5 years part-time commencing on September/October 2013What does it cover?
An annual bursary equivalent to the RCUK rate ? currently ?13,590 (?6795 part-time) for 2012/13.Fees at the standard Home/EU or International rate.
A research support grant of ?750 (?375 part-time) per annum.
?Selection criteria:
Applications will be shortlisted by a school selection panel using the following criteria:? 30%?- for transcript and references, 70%?- for research proposal.Notification:
The final selection will be made by a college selection panel and candidates will be notified by?Monday 1stApril 2013.Scholarship Application Deadline:
